C-Sense AB and our affiliated companies, (“C-Sense”) respects your privacy. We have prepared this Employment Applicant and Candidate Privacy Notice to explain how C-Sense will process Personal Data of individuals who apply for a position with us (“Applicants and Candidates”).
All C-Sense data processing is performed in accordance with the C-Sense Privacy Notice, which is expressly incorporated herein.
This website allows Applicants and Candidates to register and apply for career opportunities with C-Sense.
To register and apply for employment with C-Sense, we will ask Applicants and Candidates to provide certain information that may be used to identify you, directly or indirectly, alone, or together with other information (“Personal Data”). C-Sense may collect and process your Personal Data from your resume/CV, cover letter, questions you answer when applying or registering, and other materials and information you provide to C-Sense when you register or apply.
Your Personal Data will be compiled into a “virtual resume/CV,” which we will store and use to match you against potentially suitable opportunities, based on the criteria you have provided.
C-Sense will use the Personal Data you provide to assess your qualifications for roles for which you apply. We may also use your Personal Data to match your qualifications against additional employment opportunities within C-Sense as they may arise.
As an Applicant and Candidate, your Personal Data will be available to appropriate individuals involved in the selection and assessment of Applicants and Candidates and the storage and processing of Applicants’ and Candidates’ Personal Data. These personnel include HR representatives and hiring managers, business personnel involved in evaluating Applicants and Candidates for consideration, as well as third-party vendors working on our behalf whose data processing activities are strictly limited by contract.
We do not share, sell, or lease Personal Data about Applicants and Candidates with any third parties for their marketing use. C-Sense will not use or share Personal Data of Applicants and Candidates except as described in this Employment Applicant and Candidate Privacy Notice.
If you are hired by C-Sense, the Personal Data you provide in the application process will become part of your employee “professional profile”.

If you become a C-Sense employee, we will retain your Personal Data in your employee file and in accordance with applicable law and regulation.
If you are not selected for employment with C-Sense, C-Sense may retain and use your Personal Data for a reasonable period of time to address any matter which may arise in connection with your application, for purposes of contacting you regarding other employment opportunities, for system administration, and for research and analytics. You may request to delete your Personal Data at any time as outlined in the following section.
If you would like to update your Personal Data, you can log into the Careers Site home page and select the appropriate link to update your Personal Data.
If you decide at any time that you would prefer us not to process your Personal Data for the purposes described in this policy, please submit such request by emailing us at email@example.com. We will stop using your information for these purposes as soon as reasonably possible after we receive your request.
Where permitted by law, we will delete your Personal Data upon request. Please submit such request by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional information regarding your rights with respect to your Personal Data is set forth in the C-Sense Privacy Notice.
